Now that you have a place where visitors can register, you’ll need a thank you page that confirms their registration.

I know that this post is to be focused on increasing your webinar registrations, but I think it’s important to point out that registrations are only the beginning. You’ll also want to ensure that they show up. The best way to ensure they show up is to send them a series of email reminders.
The first email reminder should go out right away (it serves more as a confirmation of the registration) but, it is also an opportunity for you to get your new registrant excited about what’s to come. Be sure to give them a little “sneak peek” at the valuable information you’ll be sharing on the webinar in the email confirmation that you send.
The second reminder should go out an hour before the webinar begins and again, be sure to let them know what they’ll be missing if they don’t show. I like to offer something free to those who show up live.
The third email reminder should do out 15 minutes before. I have found that these subject lines work well to capture attention in your registrant’s inbox.

That should be proof enough that pop-ups work and you might be missing out on some valuable registrations if you aren’t leveraging their power.
